Nick and Corie connected the old fashioned way… on a dating app. Corie saw Nick’s profile and was intrigued by his Venice lifestyle and distinctive earring. Corie was quick to see the potential. Nick liked that Corie was so outdoorsy and BONUS, she was a total babe.

They started chatting and pretty quickly into the conversation Corie was like “Hey I’ve got to run, here's my number." Nick texted Corie the next day to meet up for drinks at a new bar on the beach. They both get there and the line is crazy long and it seemed like a fraternity party. They decided pretty quickly the half empty dive bar next door was more their speed. One drink turns into two, turns into dinner, into watching a movie.

It wasn't until later that Nick found out when she first gave him her number she was running off to a Phish concert. Yet, by the time this revelation surfaced, it was irrelevant. How could he be dissappointed when everything else about her was perfect.
